4. Interpersonal Effectiveness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) 2 Part Series $69
In this workshop series we introduce the treatment intervention Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). DBT is a broad-based cognitive behaviour therapy that balances the need for acceptance of past experiences and self with the knowledge that the person needs to also make changes in their behaviour. We will further explore DBT in one of the four core areas; Interpersonal Effectiveness. Interpersonal Effectiveness is a key component of DBT, focusing on building and maintaining healthy relationships, setting boundaries, and effectively communicating needs while balancing self-respect and respect for others. Participants will learn practical strategies to enhance their interpersonal skills, including how to navigate conflicts, assertively express their thoughts and emotions, and cultivate relationships that are both meaningful and supportive.

5. Working with Children: Managing Disclosures - $29
