Simplify the Requirements
Provisional Psychologist Hub has specifically designed its services around the requirements for the pathways to general registration. By referring your aspiring provisional psychologists to us you can be confident that your team have consistent access to professional development, board approved supervisors, psychometric resources and application support.
Many employers cover the costs of supervision and professional development either in full or as part of an allowance. We continue to recommend that supervises pay their own supervision up front and we provide automatic receipts for ease of reimbursement where an allowance has been agreed to.
If you prefer to pay for your team's supervision directly you can opt for setting up a business pay as you go supervision account so your team can book supervision when they need it, and have those costs automatically billed to your credit card or VISA Debit Card, securely stored with receipts emailed to you the payer.
If you prefer to pay for your team's memberships directly we offer business paid memberships with set monthly fees. That means anything in excess of that membership, the provisional psychologist will be responsible for. This is a great way to be up front about what costs you are willing to cover for supervision and professional development for your provisional psychologists.
Whatever you prefer we have a model of payment to support your process. We think it's fantastic to see so many employers supporting these expenses and we are delighted to have been able to adapt our processes to enable that support.

Consultation for Allied Health Employers
Employers can obtain one on one guidance from experienced Practice Managers who are also Board Approved Supervisors and Psychologists, providing a unique insight and knowledge based to draw from. Here you can ask all the tricky questions, discuss challenges and ideas. Many private practices operate with small management teams and many NDIS providers don't have a registered psychologist onsite. This is a unique opportunity to participate in individual consultation for a more collaborative based approach to managing your practice, that you may not have previously had access to. Check out this blog for further information about this HERE.
Third Party Consent
Do you need to discuss your employees information with us regarding their supervision or payments of their supervision? We have an online Third Party Consent form for supervisees to complete should they allow us to discuss their supervision or to share any information relating to their supervision HERE
Joining a supervision session with your team member is a great way to pass on valuable information from the workplace to an offsite supervisor and create seamless support and communication. Be sure you speak to your provisional psychologist first so that they can discuss it with their supervisor prior to having you join the session.
