Here’s how it works:

• Flexible Hours: Purchase a minimum of 5 hours of supervision at $192 per hour for individual supervision (inclusive of GST). These hours are valid for 12 months, offering your team the flexibility to access supervision when they need it most.

• Top-Up Options: As your supervision needs evolve, you have the flexibility to top up your hours at any time. This ensures your team has continuous access to support, while you stay in control of your budget.

• Authorised Users: Once you’ve purchased supervision hours, you can assign specific individuals within your organisation to use them. Simply provide us with a list of authorised users (names, emails, registration numbers, and phone numbers), and we’ll handle the rest by setting up their accounts.

• Monthly Supervision Attendance Updates: Stay in the loop with monthly updates on supervision attendance, helping you track the usage of your hours and ensure that all members of your team are receiving the support they need.

• Low Balance Top-Up Reminders: To avoid any interruptions in supervision access, we’ll send you low balance reminders when your available hours are running low, making it easy to stay proactive and continue supporting your team.

• Seamless Setup: Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll contact each supervisee to provide access to our Supervisor Search Portal, giving them the freedom to choose their supervisor and book online.
